These are characteristics during a competative, demanding, and expensive housing market... It was like she held my hand, bottled my tears, and rubbed my anxiety away. Non-Evasive: Josee never pryed into my life (nor will she yours), making your feel demeaning and overwhelmed. Her energy is very calming where she was able to actively listen to the needs of my family. Especially as a sole-supporting parent it was discouraging. Josee offered a clear checklist of what she needed to support my search. If I lacked she guided me on options. Personalized: she made every effort to send listings that were within my logisitics - budget, location/commute, and type of home (apt, condo, basement). If you welcome it, Josee will give you honest feedback on the appropriateness and functionality during your visit. She is unbiased, and shares her view with your living conditions at forefront. Patient: Life was shitty... I would have given up on me. Josee didn't. She did not deserve my impatience when I was getting anxious... her degree of professionalism and humanism and empathy is what got me through.
